Code:

}
impl Foo for () {
    $0
}

Current:

trait Foo {
    type X<'a> where Self: 'a;
}
impl Foo for () {
    type X<'a> where Self: 'a = $0;
}

This pr fixed:

trait Foo {
    type X<'a> where Self: 'a;
}
impl Foo for () {
    type X<'a> = $0 where Self: 'a;
}
